Our inspiration: unlocking opportunities for Nigerian teachers
CIKA EDUCATION was founded to help qualified Nigerian teachers access the opportunities they deserve in the UK. We saw many talented educators struggling to navigate the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) process, secure teaching jobs, and understand the steps required to relocate successfully. Our mission is to bridge that gap by providing clear guidance, practical support, and personalised coaching throughout the journey—from eligibility assessment and QTS applications to job placement and relocation support.
What inspires us is seeing teachers transform their careers and lives. We believe that great teachers should not be limited by a lack of information or access to opportunities. By helping educators achieve their goals, we also contribute to stronger schools and better outcomes for students.

Ikenna Okolo, an experienced educational professional with a deep understanding of both the Nigerian and UK education systems. He envisioned a bridge for qualified Nigerian teachers to achieve their dreams in the UK, leading to the creation of CIKA EDUCATION. Our entire team is passionate about empowering teachers and committed to providing exceptional, personalised guidance every step of the way.
